Q/A with Aakiel Greer

Question: What would it mean for you to get to the NFL?

Greer: It would mean everything to make it the NFL, it would truly be a blessing.

Question: What player inspired you, or did you look up to growing up?

Greer: I didn't grow up just liking one receiver. With me being a bigger and taller bodied receiver, I modeled my game after Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson and Terrell Owens.

Question: What's your best skillset?

Greer: My best skillset is my size. Being tall and fast, I feel that I have an advantage that most receivers don't. My jumping ability along with my route running makes me uncoverable at 6'4, 200LBs.

Greer also states that he would love to be a potential addition to the Eagles, if giving the opportunity. Greer is a fellow Mississippi native along with AJ Brown.

Many players come from different leagues other then the NFL, it gives them the grit, and hunger to strive and reach their end goal. Greer wants nothing more than a shot at the NFL, and with interest from multiple CFL teams, his opportunity may come soon.
