Eagles move down to No.12 in NFL Draft, receive Dolphins 2022 first-round pick

Howie Roseman has a history of wheeling and dealing first-round draft picks. This year is no exception. The Eagles will send the sixth overall pick in this year's draft to the Miami Dolphins for Miami for No. 12 overall and a 2022 first-round pick. The Eagles will also ship the 156th overall pick to Miami and get the 123rd overall pick in the deal.

This trade signals the Eagles will not be drafting a QB in the draft and will go ahead with Jalen Hurts as the starting quarterback for 2021.

The trade sets the Eagles up for potentially three first-round picks for 2022 including the conditional pick from the Colts included in the Carson Wentz deal.
